Dr Cohen presents analysis at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium 2016 of primary and metastatic breast cancer biopsies, with samples matched where available, which underwent whole exome sequencing and transcriptome sequencing to give a clearer view of tumour evolution.

He highlights notable acquired mutations in ER positive MBC, which may inform treatment choice for patients and target choice for future research.
