The Vanessa Moss Prize: celebrating research into cancer health disparities
Dr Anna Olsson-Brown speaks to ecancer about the work of The UK Coronavirus Cancer Monitoring Project.
She explains that the aim of the project was to connect as many cancer centres across the UK as possible and keep a registry of patients who have an active cancer in order to understand and gain more knowledge about coronavirus in this special population.
Dr Olsson-Brown describes that there is also a second arm of the initiative which is looking specifically at paediatric cancers.
She explains that clinicians or oncologists who want to get involved should visit the The UK Coronavirus Cancer Monitoring Project website and fill in an expression of interest form.
