Mary Tanay speaks to ecancer at UKONS 2019 in Telford about an initiative to involve and support younger or early-career nurses.
She explains that UKONS Young Cancer Nurses will be working together with UKONS board members to network, help identify opportunities for professional development and take part in educational opportunities.
Tanay notes that it is also an opportunity to support young and early-career nurses to stay within oncology nursing, describing some of the pressures nurses face.
