Breast cancer survivors taking aromatase inhibitors (AIs) such as anastrozole, letrozole, and exemestane experienced a reduction in joint pain if they exercised while on treatment, according to results presented at the 2013 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium ( SABCS ).
