Dr. Gregg Fields speaks to ecancer about the Memorial Cancer Institute (MCI) and Florida Atlantic University's (FAU) collaboration to create a Cancer Centre of Excellence.

Last year FAU was awarded fifth in the Cancer Centre of Excellence, which allowed them to combine all areas from basic research, translational work and clinical practice; to provide the best cancer care possible.

Today, they are looking into the diverse study groups in South Florida and the treatment strategies for different cancers.
