Dr Don Moore speaks to ecancer at the European CME Forum 2018 about the Outcomes Framework.

He explains the seven levels of the framework - participation, satisfaction, learning, competence, performance and practice, patient health status, and population health.

Looking forward, Moore suggests that a similar provision for patients might be beneficial.
