Prof Hendrik Van Poppel speaks to ecancer at EMUC 2019 in Vienna about the discrepancies between over-diagnoses of low-grade prostate cancer.

He speaks of the great improvement in prostate cancer early diagnosis and the effect this has had on survival rates.

Prof Van Poppel suggests that we should go back and design properly performed structured PSA screening.
