KEYNOTE-756 trial shows increased response in ER+/HER2- breast cancer
Prof Jim Cleary speaks to ecancer at the 2019 AORTIC conference in Maputo about the 'opioid overdose crisis'.
He explains that approximately 8% of the world's population uses 90% of the worlds opioids, leaving barely anything for LMICs.
Prof Cleary explains some of the barriers to opioid access, and why the mismanagement of opioids in the US is leading to more restrictions elsewhere.
He goes on to suggest some solutions on how to solve this crisis, including close monitoring, and mobile technology, but it's not going to be an easy process.
