Prof Nagi El Saghir speaks to ecancer at the BGICC 2020 conference in Cairo, Egypt about the updated ABC5 guidelines for the treatment of luminal metastatic breast cancer.

He emphasises that hormonal therapy is the mainstay of treatment for these patients and the definition of "visceral crisis".

Prof El Saghir also discusses how to manage these patients effectively and the therapies available.
