Dr Efran Dotan speaks to ecancer at the SIOG 2019 meeting about her involvement with the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC).
She describes the role of the advisory board for geriatric oncology, but specifically a survey that they ran looking into the barriers and practicalities surrounding geriatric care in the USA.
Dr Dotan promotes the continuing work of the ACCC and educational materials to advise better treatment of geriatric patients when and where it matters most.
