Dr Shabbir Alibhai speaks to ecancer at the SIOG 2019 meeting in Geneva about breast and colorectal cancer screening in older patients.

He explains why cancer screening in older adults is controversial, along with the pros and cons that are associated with this issue.

Reflecting on his own experiences, Dr Alibhai believes a better approach is needed to discuss and address this issue, as evidence in this area remains inconclusive.
