Dr Carlos Castro spoke to ecancer at the UICC World Cancer Congress in Kuala Lumpur about why the vaccination rate in Colombia has plummeted.

He describes the series of events which led to the loss of faith in the cervical cancer vaccine in Colombia.

Dr Castro explains potential ways to reintroduce the idea of the vaccine, learning from other countries, and advice for other countries in a similar situation.
