Dr. Jacques Fracheboud discusses his research investigating upper age limits for effective breast mammograms.

The study concludes that mamagrams are effective up the the age of 75, and the extension of screening to 75 is justified, but due to slow tumour growth in older patients, 75 is an appropriate upper age limit for this programme.
