Dr Andy Hall talks to ecancer at the 2013 NCRI Cancer Conference in Liverpool about the development of biobanks and collection of primary material in rare tumours.

Dr Hall discusses heterogeneous tumours and the importance of access to primary material. With this access there can be a greater understanding of the tumour's biology, mutations and potential targets and biomarkers.
