Prof Stan Kaye – Royal Marsden Hospital, London, UK

Prof Stan Kaye talks about the importance of finding a role model early in a young professionals career and understanding how to over come difficulties in early training.

Prof Kaye notes that the most important things to remember are the basic science in oncology and finding a balance between clinical and laboratory work in order to properly care for patients; as well as finding a unit where you have a strong interest in the field and support from other staff.
