This trial evaluated a frontline triplet regimen of amivantamab, lazertinib, and pemetrexed for advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer and met its primary endpoint with an 18-month progression-free survival rate of 66.7%.
However, Dr William Jr notes that the regimen was associated with a high prevalence of severe toxicities, including grade ≥ 3 non-hematologic adverse events in 91% of patients.
