Naman Julka-Anderson speaks to ecancer about a talk he presented at London Global Cancer Week 2025 on 'Transforming skin care in radiotherapy'.

He explains that he setup the Rad Chat image library which tries to tackle the inequalities that are present for people of colour. The library showcases oncology-related skin reactions and changes from people of a range of skin tones.

Naman believes it is essential to recognise how skin changes after radiotherapy can differ across all skin types, not just white skin, which is where most research has focused.
