Prof Sullivan highlights that the program will evaluate tailored strategies in Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, and Kerala, addressing unique healthcare challenges and generating insights for global health practices.

The panel discusses why generating locally driven research is crucial and the key lessons that have been learnt from the Access Cancer Care India project regarding local health strategies.

This research is important since it allows for the development of evidence-based strategies tailored to India's unique health challenges, rather than relying solely on models from high-income countries.
