Her Excellency Dr Or Vandine, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Health of Cambodia, gives her opening speech from the ecancer Choosing Wisely Cambodia 2023 congress.

She highlights the conference as an opportunity to share knowledge and to build capacity in the collective efforts to combat cancer in Cambodia.

Her Excellency Dr Vandine calls for the continued support for the Department of Health and other relevant parties in order to work together and achieve the objectives laid out in the national strategic plan for combating non-infectious diseases.

She ends by highlighting the importance of working at the community level to help prevent cancer and detect it early when it arises.
