Dr Nazik Hammad gives her talk on the role of the workforce in implementing Choosing Wisely in cancer care. 

She begins her talk by exploring the current reality of cancer cases in LMICs.

She outlines the quality problems by underusing and overusing supportive measures as well as the misuse of cancer care. She explores the harm of these quality problems as well at the potential cause.

She concludes by discussing an action plan involving professional development, HP & postgraduate training, e-learning and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
