Dr Mutebi mentions that increase access to medication is required in the African continent. Patients' voice should resonate throughout care and re-prioritizing health is important. She says that wastage in health systems is a problem and needs to be stopped. There is a need for structured advocacy in Africa.

Dr Mutebi says that AORTIC it was discussed that there is a different disease pattern in Africa and more home-based content is required to combat this disease trend.

Dr Mutebi also talks about strategies for screening and early detection and how to improve screening programs in Africa. She concludes by discussing breast cancer detection and educating patients as well as healthcare workers for this purpose.
