Curietherapies is an organization for the brachytherapy community to discuss treatments and techniques and evidence base treatments using the latest technologies. We also want to the dissemination of the role of brachytherapy in the treatment of several cancer sites.
Our goal is to improve patient care and outcomes by teaching high-quality brachytherapy.
Our main activity is a 2 days workshop a year where there is plenty of time for learning and discussion. This year Curietherapies suggests a discussion about prostate cancer brachytherapy with the objectives to:

Provide an overview of brachytherapy options for prostate cancer

Explain patient selection/indications for LDR or HDR brachytherapy.

Focus on the role of imaging specifically MRI based Implants and dosimetry for prostate cancer
