This scientific meeting is designed to provide medical oncologists, infectious disease specialists, and other interested healthcare professionals with the most salient aspects of the etiology, diagnosis, and state-of-the-art management of febrile neutropenia.
Topics are selected each year from recent developments in the field, current controversies and complicated cases. The interactive format includes 4 sessions; each comprised of a state of the art presentation, followed by a cutting-edge research presentation relating to the topic, a case discussion focusing on the practical application of the topic, and a summary. There is opportunity for extensive discussion of the presented data.
