EACR Conference – Cancer Genomics
5 - 7 Jul 2022
Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Cancer Genomics 2022 is the fifth EACR conference on this topic, and it is now widely recognised as the premier European conference dedicated to cancer genomics.
In 2022, after a 3-year break, it will again cover the latest exciting developments: single cell and spatial analysis of cancers, cancer immune genomics, data integration and convergence, DNA methylation, genomic instability and ctDNA.
Featuring an exceptional international faculty, extensive networking opportunities and a limited number of in person participants, this conference will provide both the possibility and intimate setting for top quality scientific interaction. We look forward to welcoming you to Oxford for this exciting meeting!
Cancer Genomics 2022 will be relevant to participants from across a number of fields including systems biology, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, cancer medicine, translational research, epigenomics, cancer immunology and molecular pathology. Importantly, early career researchers will have the opportunity to present their work to the international community.
Specific topics to be Covered:
- Cancer evolution and immune evasion
- Interpreting the cancer genome
- Cancer epigenetics
- Genomes and transcriptomes of cancers at single cell resolution
- Identification of (neo)antigenic landscape and specific antitumour T-cell response in human cancers
- CtDNA
- Spatial and 3D analysis of tumours
