Dr Lynette Denny - Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town, South Africa

Dr Denny speaks with ecancer at AORTIC 2017 about cancer care in sub-Saharan Africa as a human rights issue.

She highlights the aetiology of gynaecological cancers across Africa by comparison to other causes of mortality, including non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases and childbirth, and highlights gaps in national health systems to care provision.
