Jon Obenauer - Rancho BioSciences, Rancho Santa Fe, USA

Jon Obenauer speaks with ecancer at AACR 2018 about the development of clinical biomarkers to guide cancer therapy development.

Working from a panel of genes detected in breast cancer that are indicative of suitability to taxane based therapy, he outlines the discovery of their presence as a biomarker in a host of other tumour sites.

Further research into using these biomarkers as predictive signals is ongoing.
