This e-learning course has been developed in collaboration with Indian experts specialising in gynaecological cancers and supported by the National Cancer Grid, India.

This module is for health teams in India providing cervical cancer screening and treatment facilities.

Objetivos educativos

By the end of this module you should be able to:

  • Describe the diagnostic tests available for detecting pre-cancer and cancer of the cervix
  • Describe the treatment options available
  • Understand the FIGO cancer staging system for cervical cancer
  • Describe the treatment options for advanced cervical cancer
  • Define the ‘screen and treat’ approach
