Dr Edgardo Santos speaks to ecancer about oncogenesis in lung cancer. He discusses the pathways that can lead to oncogenesis in cancer.
Initially, he explains the KRAS pathway and the targeted therapy that can be used against it. He then mentions the HER-2 pathway and the drug that can be used against it.
Dr Santos also explains the C-Met, RET and NTRK pathways. He concludes, by discussing the efficacy of different targeted therapies against these pathways in lung cancer.
