Prof Geetu Bhandoria speaks to ecancer in an online interview for the virtual BGICC 2021 meeting about ERAS in gynaecological oncology, from developed to developing countries.

He explains the background to ERAS pathways, how they have been developed and highlights how there has been a low adoption in their use in developing countries.

Prof Bhandoria believes that the utilisation of the ERAS pathways would be majorly beneficial to developing countries due to its adoption resulting in a reduced cost.
