Dr Naval Daver speaks to ecancer about immune checkpoint based approaches in AML and MDS.

He initially presents some of the background to this research, leading on to some of the current studies being done at MD Anderson.

Dr Daver then gives detailed accounts of some of the current combinations of immune checkpoint blockades, with encouragingly beneficial results.

Finally he covers some of the common toxicities associated with these combinations and how they can be misinterpreted, and also managed.
