Prof Frank Chinegwundoh speaks to ecancer at the 2019 AORTIC conference in Maputo the recent surgical advances in oncology and the implementation of them within Sub-Saharan Africa.

He focuses on the latest advances, such as cryosurgery, prostate brachytherapy and high-intensity focused ultrasound to treat prostate cancer.

Prof Chinegwundoh also discusses the challenges surrounding the global implementation of these procedures - especially the use of robotic technologies.
