Prof Ben Anderson spoke to ecancer at the BGICC 2020 conference in Cairo, Egypt about his sessions from the meeting covering breast cancer specifically for LMICs.

One of his primary concerns, is that we need more early detection in these settings, as late stage diagnosis is common in LMICs and harder to treat.

Prof Anderson discusses what will be presented at the BGICC meeting, and how we're transitioning from an anatomical thinking, to a more biological perspective.
