Prof Arnold Vulto - Erasmus University Rotterdam, Rotterdam, Netherlands

Prof Arnold Vulto speaks to ecancer at the 2019 Biosimilars Educational Advanced Masterclass for Pharmacists (P-BEAM) in Zurich about the highlights from this year's meeting.

He explains the main objective of this meeting which is to train pharmacists in the understanding of biosimilars - so they can educate others at their home institutions and facilitate the implementation of them.

Prof Vulto also explains the common myths surrounding the use of biosimilars in the clinic and the five main benefits these products provide.

He also gives an overview of the four key factors that contribute to the successful implementation of biosimilars.

ecancer's filming has been kindly supported by Amgen through the ecancer Global Foundation. ecancer is editorially independent and there is no influence over content.
