Prof Dong discusses the Work Package (4) he leads as part of the iManageCancer project: the Health Avatar Personal Health Record (PHR).

This avatar will provide an engaging front end of the iManageCancer platform, allowing users to record their personal information and personalise the support they receive.

iManageCancer, or ‘Empowering patients and strengthening self-management in cancer diseases’, will team serious games up with the latest in self-management technology to empower people living with cancer.

Now the project has been running for a year, he looks at what this Work Package is hoping to achieve and why, what has been done so far and how this relates to the rest of the project.
