Dr Phelps discusses her recently published article on a feasibility study involving breast cancer patients tending “garden bowls”.  

The aim was to find out whether the well-known benefits of nature, sometimes known as ecotherapy, could be captured on a small scale. 

Dr Phelps talks about how the study was set up and how successful the results were, and details future plans for the project.
