Prof. Otmar Wiestler talks about the work of the German Cancer Research Center (Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum, DKFZ). It is the largest biomedical research institute in Germany, which runs a number of research programmes including genome research, cancer risk factors, infection in cancer and translational research.
