Robotic-enhanced dexterity, 3-dimensional view, wide motion of surgical instruments, and improved ergonomics may improve the safety and efficacy of major pancreatic resections, comparable with reduced recovery time and potentially improved oncologic outcomes. This video presentation describe the current state of the art of major pancreatic surgery through a large single center experience.
