Isa-VRd shows sustained benefit in transplant-ineligible newly diagnosed multiple myeloma
Dr Vanda Salutari talks to ecancer about updated results from the phase 1 BEHOLD-1 study evaluating mocertatug rezetecan (Mo-Rez), an investigational antibody-drug conjugate targeting B7-H4, in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC).
Among 136 patients enrolled in the dose-selection phase, the recommended dose of 5.8 mg/kg achieved a confirmed objective response rate of 62%, with a median duration of response of 12.2 months and median progression-free survival of 11.1 months after a median follow-up of 13.4 months.
Dr Salutari explores the potential of B7-H4 as a therapeutic target and the significance of these encouraging efficacy findings for patients with limited treatment options.
The interview also examines safety, including the incidence of grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events, and the ongoing expansion cohorts investigating this promising treatment approach.
