JS207 plus chemotherapy enables surgery and deep pathological responses in unresectable NSCLC
Dr Fedor Moiseenko speaks to ecancer about an extended 36 months follow-up of the phase III trial DOMAJOR.
The results showed that prolgolimab plus pemetrexed and platinum-based chemotherapy provides sustained survival benefits over chemotherapy alone in patients with advanced nonsquamous NSCLC, with efficacy maintained across PD-L1 subgroups.
After a median follow-up of 35.9 months, median overall survival was 28.1 months with prolgolimab versus 14.9 months with chemotherapy alone, while progression-free survival and objective response rates were also improved.
Dr Moiseenko also covers the long-term safety profile, including treatment-related adverse events and treatment discontinuations.
