Epcoritamab improves progression-free survival in relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma
Dr Benoit Tessoulin speaks to ecancer about a subgroup analysis from the phase 3 EPCORE FL-1 trial evaluating epcoritamab in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide for patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma.
He reports that the combination consistently improved overall response rates, complete response rates, and progression-free survival compared with rituximab and lenalidomide alone across a range of clinically relevant patient subgroups.
Dr Tessoulin explains that benefits were observed regardless of baseline risk factors, including FLIPI score, POD24 status, comorbidity burden, and lenalidomide dose intensity. Improved outcomes were seen in both higher-risk and lower-risk populations.
