Neck cancer is increasingly common, especially among younger patients under 45, with a low female representation. Many struggle to access healthcare and often turn to traditional medicine, leading to late treatment. Financial issues impact decisions on surgery, as many are primary earners. From January 2019 to August 2024, 529 reconstructions were performed with a 99.18% success rate, utilizing various flap techniques to improve functional and aesthetic results.
