Prof Catharine West - University of Manchester, UK

Prof Catharine West discusses RAPPER, a national effort amongst radiotherapists at the University of Manchester and Cambridge University to collect and profile samples from radiotherapy patients from across the UK. The aim of the project is to discover the long term risk of toxicity in patients and create risk profiles. This profiling will help determine which patients are less susceptible to the side effects of radiotherapy, allowing dosage to be increased and improve control of the disease.
