Study linking cell phone usage to cancer raises concerns over methodology

A study released in the prepublication archive bioRxiv has attracted attention from researchers and the media, as it links the use of mobile phones to the development of brain tumours.

However, critics of the study highlight that it has not been peer reviewed, call technical aspects of the study into question, and dispute the statistical significance of some results.
