Learning objectives

By the end of this module, you should:

  • Know the up-to-date evidence for the oncological treatment of potentially curable pancreatic cancer.
  • Have an understanding of the evolving biological treatments that are currently being investigated as adjuvant treatment options.
  • Refresh your knowledge regarding the mechanisms of action for chemotherapy used in pancreatic cancer.
  • Be aware of the variety of options that exist for the symptomatic patients with palliative disease.
