Dr Hans Wildiers - University Hospital Leuven, Gasthuisberg, Belgium

Dr Hans Wildiers talks to ecancer at SIOG 2017 in Warsaw and gives an overview on the recent advances in metastatic breast cancer.

The efficacy of three recently studied molecules do not change much between older and younger trialled populations, so this looks encouraging.

There also needs to be further research into taking drugs at home compared to drugs which require a hospital visit.

He also outlines his upcoming paper in Lancet Oncology soon.

This service has been kindly supported by an unrestricted grant from Janssen Oncology.
