Dr William Weiss - University of California San Diego, San Diego, USA

Dr Weiss talks to ecancer at the Cancer Research UK Brain Tumour Conference 2018 in London about using an induced pluripotent stem cell to create a neural stem cell in order to model medulloblastoma.

He explains the difficulty whereby genomic advancement has resulted in the subdivision of already rare cancer types which creates problem when initiating clinical trials - he hopes these mouse models are the start of solving this.
