Grand Rounds: Improving quality of patient-centred care
Prof Ravi Mehrotra speaks to ecancer at the SIOG 2019 meeting in Geneva about the importance of an upcoming SIOG advanced course in India for geriatric oncologists.
He explains that the idea behind the course is to ensure that younger oncologists and older geriatricians can find common ground by both completing this joint course.
Prof Mehrotra hopes that the courses will help the trainees become sensitised to the problems that are out there as well as. the solutions.
