Minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer has gained its wide acceptance worldwide. Robotic surgery overcame some of the limitations of conventional laparoscopy and has proven both safe and feasible.

This video presentation shows clinical and oncological results of a single European center wide experienced on robotic gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
