Dr Muhamad Faisal - Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Center, Lahore, Pakistan

Dr Faisal speaks with ecancertv at the IFHNOS 2016 session in Moscow about the history of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital.

He describes the different social influences between Pakistani and Western oncology, including betel nut consumption and a lower incidence of HPV infection, and the funding of the hospital.

Dr Faisal also presented his experiences with surgical outcomes in primary and redo thyroidectomies at the conference.
