Dr Oresto Munishi - Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center, Moshi, Tanzania

Dr Munishi talks to ecancertv at AORTIC 2015 about the correlation between the temperature of your tea or coffee and the occurrence of oesophageal cancer.

In particular, he has been looking at the situation in Moshi, where he is from, whereby the custom is to boil the water, milk and sugar together in a pot and drink it very quickly whilst it is still extremely hot.
